In this article, one of those materials for a rhythm education, which are called “Rhythm Cards”, is introduced. In addition, the article also deals with an example of its application to the practical piano education. The author demonstrated that by applying the “Rhythm Cards” the learners could effectively understand rhythm patterns in the conventional books for piano practice.
