The ratio will increase in near future. Kimita village is a village with one of the highest percentages of aged persons (34.7%) in Hiroshima Prefecture. The advanced system of information is intervened to enhance their aged life from the viewpoint of ergonomics welfare. In this research，we reviewe studies on social welfare administration for aged persons and understand the problems. And we discuss about the regional planning of depopulated areas，especially the information maintenance of welfare. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the usability of a computer for aged persons and the evaluation of information contents in Kimita village.
