          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">We calculate the asymmetry Ack=[a(+)-a(-)]/[a(+)+a(-)] for the reaction　fd-&gt;-np, where a( + ) [a( - )J is the total cross section for right [left] circularly polarized　photons. The calculation is carried out for photon energies up to 30 MeV above threshold　in the laboratory system. The result for Ack is expressed in terms of the effective parityviolating　NNv, NNp, and NNcocoupling constants.</datacite:description>
