看護衣の被服構成学的研究　（第4報） : 色物看護衣の夏・冬における印象調査 A Study on Nurse-Uniforms from the Point of Clothing Design (Report 4) : The survey of impressions, both in summer and winter, upon the colored nurse-uniforms. 高橋, 房子 小松, 栄 Fusako, Takahashi Sakae, Komatsu application/pdf In order to produce more functional nurse-uniforms, we have been making researches from the point of design and color. We had already made summer survey using colored materials. This time we made winter counterpart at a certain hospital and compared it with that of summer. The following is the summary of report: The percentages of preference, by the nurses and the patients, upon six colors of eye rest white and two other colors, are as follows: The patients summer F.35.5% C.19.3% E. 19.3% winter C. 43.7% F.25.0% A.18.3% The nurses summer c. 47.8% D.32.8% F. 10.4% winter D.32.6% C.26.7% F.22.3% Most of the patients preferred F. in summer and C. in winter while the nurses did C. in summer and D. in winter. In answer to the question why they liked colored uniforms, most of the patients and the nurses said they felt the sense of restfulness in summer and that of beauty in winter. In short they desire uniforms that give them restful sense in winter in grey circumstances and in summer calmness from looking pretty among sensational and colorful surroundings.
