By using the theories of Sumio HAMADA, such as “intentionality” and “ternary relations,” observations, analysis, and considerations were made while paying attention to children’s gaze and other subtle behaviors. In childcare and education settings, where teachers and carers are becoming busier and there is a shortage of personnel, rational and efficient childcare and education are often prioritized, and the idea of valuing childcare and education for each individual may often be considered idealistic.
