It also aims to clarify future issues and directions for improvement to promote IR.In the previous paper, the writer pointed out the importance of several improvement measures to promote IR,including the development of key persons to promote the scope of IR activities, the optimization of IR work flow　through the constructing an IR database, and the significant importance of implementing the policy formation support　function for IR.In this paper, as a continuation of the research based on the direction of these improvement measures, the writer　reports on the effects of the trial use of BI tools aimed at improving IR analysis methods. It also discusses the efforts　to improve and enhance IR at the university, particularly focusing on the construction of the IR database and the　strengthening measures of the policy formation support function by IR.In the data analysis using Tableau, the writer introduces efforts to aggregate data from various departments concerning　student recruiting, to analyze it from multiple perspectives, and to present the results in a manner for fast　understanding. For the construction of the IR database, the flow for creating the database in the future based on the　data aggregation work completed up-to-now is also proposed. In addition, the formulation of a data policy based on　data governance for the university and the construction of its operational system are also suggested.
