| 内容記述 | This research examined the career development of female wedding MCs, including aspects such as women's careers and female independence. The study was based on oral histories from three female wedding MCs. The purpose of this research was to clarify the distinctive characteristics of the "awareness" held by female wedding MCs regarding their profession, as expressed through their "way of life" in the interviews. Through the research analysis, the wedding MCs identified three sources of job satisfaction. These are "being able to be involved in such an important milestone day for the bride and groom", "being able to support the relationships between the bride and groom and their surrounding family and friends" and "enjoying providing this support". At the base of these lies the awareness of "putting oneself in the other person's shoes". It can be said that wedding MCs often have the opportunity to work while holding this. To put it simply, it is the idea that "helping people smile brings me joy and happiness". This suggests that it could serve as a useful "perspective" for female wedding MCs when considering their next career move. | |||||||
