| 内容記述 | In daily life, we all experience moments when what we see moves us emotionally or changes our actions. It is said that visual information accounts for about 80％ of the information we typically take in. Visual information includes color, shape, structure（ spatial arrangement）, movement, and texture. Among these, color is present in every aspect of daily life?education, childcare, healthcare, welfare, commercial spaces?and unconsciously influences our emotions, judgments, and actions. Thus, while color influences human psychology and behavior in diverse contexts, understanding its effects requires further accumulation of knowledge, including insights from practical settings. However, qualitative aspects such as an individual's internal experiences and emotional changes are considered difficult to quantify and handle quantitatively. Therefore, this study aims to explore methods for perceiving color not only as words but also as a visual symbol, utilizing the fact that color is closely linked to memory, emotion, and cognition, and to identify strategies for applying these insights to qualitative evaluation.This research revealed the potential for deepening qualitative reflection when individuals recall their own lives by associating colors with those experiences and incorporating the psychological meanings of those colors into their interpretation. Reflection using color can visualize experiences and emotions that are difficult to put into words, making it easier to organize their content and deepen self-understanding.As a gentle method for reexamining oneself while staying attuned to one's emotional movements, its application is anticipated in educational, childcare, and psychological settings. | |||||||||
