In the 1st step of this technique, it is created the rough of the room planning by tying the relation between the Delaunay diagram and the Voronoi one to the relation between the zoning and the room planning. In the 2nd-stage, the unnatural place of its rough is improved according to the hypothesis \"that the best traffic line is the complete tree\" and its rough is built into the more appropriate figure of the room planning at last. The important point of this technique is to do \"the appropriate zoning\".
