As the sesult of the test, the count of living bacteria per gram in chicken was from 6.0×10^4 to 3,100×10^5 , pork from 5.0×10^4 to 140×10^5, and beef from 3.4×10^4 to 18×10^5, hence chicken comes first, and pork second, and beef third in number.
