The purpose of this study is to objectively examine the difference between intermediate level nursing management self-judgment and the evaluation of others. The results of this study simultaneously becomes an important information source that it tackles the issue of self innovation of the director of nursing service department. The fact is to daily recognize the different between self-judgement and the evaluation from somebody else. In present investigation, this case of the large difference between self-judgment and judgement from another person is clarified. According to SL theory, intermediate level nursing management person should challenging it-self, instead of asking your colleague.
