As a method, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 165 elementary school teachers. Regarding the analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed on 161 subjects who obtained valid responses.\nAs a result, the following points were obtained.\n１） The resilience of elementary school teachers is composed of five factors: “sociality,”\n“support conditions,” “self-control,” “optimism,” and “aspiration.” A model starting from\n“support conditions” was shown.
