At present，the camp has neither hospital nor medical staff because of the withdrawal of UNHCR and other organizations of international cooperation due to a lack of funds. This article is an introduction to the actual situation of maternity health in the Afghan refugee camp，and aims to show how abnormal pregnancies and deliveries happen there and how women refugees suffer from health problems without having any medical or nursing support. Our findings were as follows: 1. 85% of target women have more than 5 children; this can result in anemia，weak contractions at delivery，and hypogalactia. 2. 50% of target women have their first baby before the age of 15; this increases the risk of emesis fravidarum and perineal laceration. 3. The number of children and the number of female children are correlated; target women want to have boys，so there is a tendency for mothers who have many daughters to continue having more children. 4. No target women use any form of contraception.
