An ''individual\" viewpoint becomes more and more important,and in relation to individual ''force\" is more requested. On the other hand,the ideal way of organization which accepts individuals is also needed. Therefore,we think that we should create ''holon\" between organization and individuali ty. For the purpose,we should structure the process by which individual ''force\" is converted into organizational knowledge.
