In formulating the ecosystem model，the photosynthesis model of phytoplankton and the growth model of Metridia Pacifica (Copepoda : Calanoida) are used. The models of detritus，nutrient and fish are also used. The seasonal change of biomass of phytoplankton，zooplankton and fish according to an environmental change by using the ecosystem model was examined.
