We summarized the support for gifted children by reviewing research on the difficulties faced by children and their parents due to their characteristics. As a result, it was revealed that gifted children have \"difficulties\" in various aspects due to their developmental irregularities. Furthermore, it was shown that support for these \"difficulties\" is often provided in the form of learning approaches. In addition, it can be said that gifted education in other countries have been compiled for developed countries. These findings indicate that, first, the needs of children facing difficulties and their parents/guardians are not well understood, and second, support for children is biased toward learning and leaves out the sense of \"difficulties\" in their social lives. It was also found that the support for the children was focused on their learning, leaving the \"sense of need\" in their social life behind.
