| 内容記述 | This paper examines the promotion of small scaling of children's nursing homes and current issues. There are several problems with raising children in small scale facilities. Family based care benefits children in need. However, the working environment of the staff deteriorates. The author considers that small-scale group cares and group homes need daily support from the main facilities of children's nursing homes. The main facilities must have the function of supporting the branch facilities. In addition, child welfare institutions must guarantee both quality and quantity. It is necessary to promote the small scaling of facilities while maintaining the support functions of the main facilities. |
