| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine trends of studies and future issues relating to coordi-nation activities of Yogo Teacher. To check a study trend, with「Yogo Teacher coordination」「Yogo Teacher coordination activities」「Yogo Teacher coordination ability」「Yogo Teacher coordination function」as the keyword, the paper of 22 was chosen from the papers which were searched and hit with Google Scholar, and the contents were analyzed using「KH Coder」. As a result, below became clear characteristics of this study were organized into four categories, namely health related issues of "mental health" and "medical care in special needs education", as well as "responsive action and coordination for children" and "roles and functions of coordinators". Examining the relationship between work enviroment, personality and motivation, which may have impact on coor-dination activities, the issue which should examine future.| 本研究の目的は、養護教諭のコーディネーション行動に関する研究の動向と今後の課題について検討することである。研究動向を調べるために、「養護教諭 コーディネーション」「養護教諭 コーディネーション行動」「養護教諭 コーディネーション能力」「養護教諭 コーディネーション機能」をキーワードとして、Google Scholar にて検索しヒットした論文の中から22 の論文を選び、その内容を「KH Coder」を用いて分析した。その結果、研究の動向は、「心の健康」「特別支援教育における医療的ケア」「子供への対応と連携」「コーディネーターの役割と機能」の4 つに分けられることが明らかになった。今後の検討すべき課題は、コーディネーション行動に職場環境、パーソナリティやモチベーションがどのように影響するかについてである。 | |||||||||
