| 内容記述 | This paper is for the town planning business of welfare have been tackled paper explores the present and future of community welfare of residents for the common 3 regional to local survey of Hiroshima City 3 areas (urban, suburban residential area, sparsely populated regions) 6 District Community Welfare Council, based on the made a comparative study. As a result of the research ① any local seniors and people with disabilities, such as short covering who lives difficult actualize it, ② that regional welfare activities regional characteristics expands by the ingenuity of the inhabitants, ③ regional welfare activities in promoting District Community Welfare Council is plays an important role, and was able to prove the hypothesis. On the other hand ① limitations of existing community based organizations, ② the emergence of a new welfare problems that require professional support, ③ new challenges, such as adjustment and theme-oriented Organization NPO organizations such as the sight. Residents of community welfare activities to promote and "support each other", "relationship" to rebuild, ① that need volunteers, such as a new supporter-making in the region, ② cooperation with regional organizations and the theme-oriented organization, that ③ administrative or that district Community Welfare Council with specialized agencies work with professional challenges, achieving welfare town can live through these confident everyone can. |
