| 内容記述 | In this study, the foot sizes of sporting students are compared with those of non-sporting students to find out the correlation between one's foot size and the effect of physical exercise. The result of the study shows that a difference of less than 0.3 centimeters in the length and width, and a difference of more than 0.4 centimeters or no difference in the circumference are most commonly found between the left and right foot among the group of the sporting students. No significant difference is found in the ratios of the foot length to the body height between the active sport -oriented group and the non-active sport-oriented group. However, the ratios of the foot width to the body height become higher among the students who play or had played stable-position required or active sports. Also the ratios of the foot circumference to the body height is higher among the students who play or had played kick-motion required sports. | |||||||||
