内容記述 In order to understand the actual condition of women's junior college students' everyday life and to provide an assistance to their health education which will enable them to carry healthy life independently through the future, a health survey by questionnaire consisting 14 questions and 25 items was conducted. All first and second year students at H Women's Junior College were subjected to the questionnaire conducted in academic year 1981. 674 students, being equivalent to 97.7% of the total, responded with full completion of the questionnaire. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Although over 80% of them considered themselves healthy, however those easily to get tired dominated more than 40%, and those lacking confidence in their physical strength were greater than 50%, while three? fourths of them felt they were lack of physical exercise. Further, many complained of subjective symptoms. 2. Those lacking confidence in their physical strength used to consider themselves unhealthy. While tending to get tired and lacking physical exercise, most didn't pay attention to their health nor intentionally took exercise for the benefit of health. 3. Most students boarding with other families used to have a longer sleeping time. They were late in going to bed at night and getting up in the morning. Many of those students also tended to omit their breakfasts, and to eat less meat, eggs and fish: 4. By effective allocation of time and performation of suitable physical exercise in everyday life, it is possible for the students to improve their health and physical strength, to improve their eating practices, and in the meantime to relieve them from subjective symptoms. 5. Based on above, it is necessary to provide them perfection of classroom lectures and outdoor training for physical education, and completion of extracurricular activities as well. What more important, it is suggested that the health education be extended to cover the entire living of the students.
