体外受精・胚移植を選択する人々が増加するに伴い,これらの人々を対象にケアを提供する機会も増加している。適切なケアを提供するためには,看護の対象となる人々が経験していることを看護者が理解することが大切である。しかし,経験というコンテクストから体外受精・胚移植を受けている人々について言及した文献は僅かしかない。本研究は,体外受精・胚移植を受けることをめぐり女性が経験していることを明らかにすることを目的に行った。研究方法は現象学的方法を用いた。Open-ended interviewを行い,そこから得られたデータをColaizziの現象学的分析方法に基づき分析を行った。その結果,体外受精・胚移植を受けることをめぐり女性が経験していることに関する9つのテーマが明らかにされた。(英文抄録 : As an increasing number of persons opt for in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer，the opportunities to provide care for these persons are also increasin. In order to provide appropriate care，it is important that the caregivers understand the experiences of the people they are caring for．However，there are extremely few materials which concem in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer from the context of personal experiences．
The purpose of this research was to illuminate women's experiences regarding in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. The research used a phenomenological approach; open-ended interviews were conductedand the collected data analyzed，using methods based on Colaizzi's phenomenological methodology. As a result，9themes were identified in women's experiences regarding in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer．） |
