| 内容記述 | There is an overlap between “community” activities and “kominkan” activities. Both assume the existence of a leader in community development with independence. And the kominkan activity is characterized by trying to develop the leader through learning. The theory of zichikominkan aimed to integrate the residents? association and the kominkan to grow individuals through joint learning, and to reorganize the residents? association. Even in the era of community policy, cooperation between the two was seen in the field regarding the leader. In addition, the aza- kominkan and residents? association are training leaders through the succession of their folk entertainment. Considering the issues of the community (cultivation of leaders for community development), it is desirable that the learning function is inherent in the community. For that purpose. It is necessary to utilize the learning support that the kominkan has cultivated so far. | |||||||||
