| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the learning experience of gymnastics for students who intend to take sports instruction practical AⅡ (gymnastics) with a view to obtaining a health and physical education’s license. The analysis of the survey results for students revealed the following. 1. Regarding the likes and dislikes of gymnastics and their consciousness of their strengths and weaknesses, mat exercises and jump box exercises were favorably captured, but the horizontal bars tended to be divided into favored and unfavorable students. 2. Most of the students learned each exercise in elementary school, but there was a big difference in the lesson of each exercise in junior high school and high school. 3. Regarding the learning experience of skills learned in elementary school, there was a great difference between basic skills and advanced skills. |
