| 内容記述 | In this research, I aimed to appropriately evaluate the skill level for each shot of each player using the rating method for evaluating skills, to examine matching with skill level by asking the degree of confidence for each shot of each player. Furthermore, it was aimed at obtaining effective suggestions for mental training guidance as seen from the degree of confidence. From the results, it is clear that they are confidently deficient, even if the players with high actual competition level or the players with high rating score and high skills are in a tendency to lack confidence, their skills and confidence do not agree with each other. These athletes are not convinced of the high level of their skills. Therefore, it can be inferred that lack of confidence in each shot will cause lack of confidence as a whole game, so it can be said that it is necessary to promptly recognize that his skill is high. On the other hand, some players were able to match their own skills and confidence. However, since the degree is low as 2 and 3 in 5 stages, it is matching due to low skill level players responding low confidence, and considering the competition performance, the skill level and It is suggested that it is necessary to improve confidence and to instruct to match with high value. |
