内容記述 | Collaboration roughly means that various actors in community development cooperate, but in recent years, not only internal collaboration but also external collaboration has been discussed. For example, exchanges with cities in rural areas are expanding into collaboration with the outside world. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ “Local Vitalization Cooperators”system is effective in verifying this method of collaboration with the outside. There, the image is drawn that the cooperating members, the local community (residents), and the government are growing together in cooperation. In addition, the cooperation team is expected to have (1) intermediate support activities, (2) value creation activities, and (3) life support activities for the local community. In particular, in (1) and (2), there are issues such as the advantage of the possibility of collaboration using resources because they are outsiders, and the necessity of socialization in the local community in (3). The retention rate of 60% of the local vitalization cooperators is a large number that cannot be ignored. However, it is not only aimed at unilateral assimilation of outsiders into the community, but it is expected that the community side will also change. For the time being, it is a local vitalization cooperators as a trigger, and it can be considered that the entrance is being designed. Fostering outsiders as leaders in the local community is a notable attempt. |
