| 内容記述 | This study analyzed the records and contents of Sakamachi’s “Kids Entrepreneurship Training Lessons (the Kids Seminar)” for 15 years, 25 times. The purpose, outline and results of the Kids Seminar were summarized, and the growth of participating children was considered. We studied in a 4-day the kids seminar with elementary school students in Sakamachi. In a 3- day is the learning sessions and a 1-day is the sales events. The Kids Seminar was jointly held by Sakamachi, Sakamachi Board of Education and Hiroshima Bunka Gakuen University. We though that focusing on studying the idea born of the learning knowledge and the experience knowledge, the spirit of challenge by the experiential learning as the career Education. We have had great consequences for our children’s growth in the Kids Seminar. |
