| 内容記述 | Among prevention of long-term care, especially we have paid our attention to the importance of oral hygiene and its functional maintenance. By the last investigation, the concern about oral hygiene considered it that the low thing has influenced that whose state of elderly people's poor oral condition, and it was not related to their consciousness of health. It was investigated whether the concern and the knowledge to preventive measures for the healthy would relate to the situation and dentistry consultation behavior in the mouth for those who are guessed that health consciousness is strong this time. As a result, the following things became clear. ① As for the state of elderly people's mouth were poor conditions, the old people whose age was 75 and over were using the false tooth, or the partial false tooth. ② Neither the interest level to preventive measures for the healthy nor the height of knowledge affected the consultation rate of the dental checkup, but relation was seldom regarded as a candidate's oral hygiene or a mouth function. ③ Number of family has affected the candidate's oral hygiene. The person with less a family's number had the higher rate which uses a false tooth. It divides that oral hygiene is very important for preventive measures for the healthy, the recognition to elderly people who live alone are urged, and the concrete policy for maintenance of mouth functions, such as raising the rate of a dental checkup, and improvement is needed. |
