| 内容記述 | This paper presents an application of the travel cost method to estimate the value of a hypothetical welfare transport policy with some improvements in quality of life for the elderly in mountainous area. Particular attention is paid to the estimation of vale of a community bus system. The obtained main results are as follows: Firstly the introduction of community bus system is highly evaluated as a valuable welfare transport policy by residents. Secondly, but the travel cost method tends to overestimate that value.Finally some futures problems are made clear. |
