| 内容記述 | Residents' association is a citizen's public interest group. However，we should inspect whether it carries out an effective activity. In this article，I perform a case study of residents' association of the City，of Kure by a questionnaire to mayor of residents' association. The following points mainly became clear. Primarily，there is difference in degree of participation of a member of residents' associations，they are going to carry various activities. Second，considerable residents' associations still have relations with traditional local groups such as a children's association，old man society，a women's society，but the relation with a group of life study and a volunteer group. NPO are weak. Therefore，third，in a small area，collaboration with a traditional local group is possible，and collaboration with a volunteer group・NPO becomes a problem in a wide area. Last，however，the recognition degree of civic collaboration is low under the present conditions，and there is much negative evaluation，residents' associations will meet other groups as a civic collaboration business advances，and significance of civic collaboration seems to be understood before long. | |||||||||
