| 内容記述 | Recently the report of the government that the total population of Japan will decrease to about 90 million people in 2055 was released. Reduction of the future labor force of Japan comes to have serious influence on domestic production and consumption in the economical side and a social dimension. This paper focus on the economic growth of the aging society with fewer children where future Japanese economy and society are faced in an economical environmental change like progress of the design for the economical community which is progressing quickly in the East Asia area with globalization of the world economy and regional integration by free trade agreement. In this paper，in order to acquire the solution of a domestic labor shortage and future low economic growth of Japan，the present condition is analyzed focusing on a foreign worker acceptance policy of Japan. And the most desirable countermeasures that can harmonize with regional integration are proposed. | |||||||||
