We compare multi-dimensional values among nations by use of Self-Organizing Maps(SOM) based on data of World Values Surveys 1995. From four viewpoints of ecology，reliability，religion and economic system，we analyse the data for the purpose of testing the ability of SOM. In the analysis of reliability，we confirm the superiority of SOM over usual numerical analyses with representative values. For data which cannot be converted to numerical values such as religion categories，SOM is powerful in characterization of data. For the analysis of data concerning the economic system，the resultant map is remarkable. It resembles to the map given by the different analysis with wellbeing index. |
