| 内容記述 | It seems that the sports clubs at universities chiefly intend to improve technical skills and neglect to arrange the sports environment in sports club activities at universities. Crisis control on “security” is not at all paid attention to. The compensation for the accidents during practices，training camps，meets or matches in sports club activities at universities has not been systematically made. Liabilities have been eagerly disputed over in courts and compensations for serious accidents have been decided and done through trials. Club activities at universities are within the sphere of university education and they are directed by students. They are regarded as students' voluntary and autonomous activities. In sports accident suits，the judges acknowledge universities' fault as for “violence”，but as for accidents during practices or training they acknowledge students' fault，not universities'. This study aims to examine the assertions of the plaintiff and defendant through the trial records， the court precedents and the documents on sports accident suits and clear the necessity of the establishment of crisis control system on security. | |||||||||
