| 内容記述 | It is said that the sports “Bu"club activities in high schools form part of school educational activities and that their significance exists is students' voluntary，independent and self-governing activities and management. But in reality，their activites and management are under the rules of various sports associations. Since the compulsory club activities all the students are expected to take part in were introduced into high schools in 1970，“Bu"activities were driven out of the curririculum，though they are still regarded as one of the school eduational activities. In 1989，the Education Ministry said attendance at the “Bu" club activities can be considered as part or all of completion of the compulsory club activIties course. Now both the “Bu" and the compulsory club activities have the same role in educational aspect，though one is within the curriculum and the other out of it. The treatment of instructors called “Komon" who are in charge of the “Bu" activities is a very delicate problem as show Special Measures Law about pay to educational personnel of various compulsory schools in 1971 and teachers' Special Service Allowance in 1972 (the revision of the 1991 Law). In this paper，the position of the “Bu"activities is shown chronologically，the responsibilities for security duty and the caution on the part of schools and instructors in charge are analyzed and how the Sports “Bu" activities should be is referred. | |||||||||
