| 内容記述 | This paper aims to discuss the relationship from the viewpoint of human relationships with children requiring protection, compared family-like care and childcare facilities. As a result, there are advantages and disadvantages to family-like care and childcare facilities. In family-like care, it is possible to form continuous relationships, but childcare facilities allow professional support that family-like care does not have. There is care that can only be provided by childcare facilities. Collective and individual treatment of children is complementary. We don't think it is important to divide it into family-like care and childcare facilities. It does not mean that children cannot establish proper relationships because of childcare facilities. It is necessary to grasp and promote complementary and mutual transitions rather than either family-like care or childcare facilities. | |||||||||||
