内容記述 | Since 2016, the A-city Rehabilitation Center has started a study session for local childcare workers with the aim of serving as the center's core for local remedial care. We conducted a preliminary questionnaire to clarify the concerns faced by children with developmental disorders, including those we are concerned about, in actual childcare settings, and conducted training tailored to the needs of childcare workers, focusing on how to deal with them. did. As a result, it became clear that there was no perspective on assessing behavior when dealing with children's problem behavior. Therefore, we conducted training to learn about more effective support by conducting functional assessments from a psychological perspective and using applied behavior analysis. The childcare workers who participated in the training confirmed that they were able to gain a perspective on how to respond in a concrete manner, and that it was an opportunity to lean about the need to adjust the environment in advance and change the way childcare workers respond. did it. It was also confirmed that training based on such psychological support served as an opportunity to increase childcare workers' desire to learn. |
