内容記述 | It is important to prevent eating habits from worsening during college students, when changes in diet are likely to occur. Therefore, in this study, I decided to investigate the nutritional intake status of students affiliated with a certain university and examine the necessity and issues of future dietary education. In addition, the nutritional intake status compared according to the presence or absence of club activities. The subjects were 41 students taking specific courses. Dietary intake assessed by larger 172-item Food Frequency Questionnaire (long-FFQ), which was developed for the Japan Public Health Center-based prospective Study for the Next Generation (JPHC-NEXT). As a result, the intake level of saturated fatty acids and dietary fiber, the amount of salt equivalent, calcium were identified as nutrients of concern for deficiency or excess. No significant differences in nutritional intake status were observed depending on the presence or absence of club activities. Therefore, it was suggested that saturated fatty acids, total dietary fiber, salt equivalent, and calcium intake need to be improved, and that there is a need for dietary education targeting students who are involved in club activities. |
