| 内容記述 | 本論文は,前報の続編に当たり,「ゾーニングと動線、計画」に対するDEMATEL法とISM法によるアプローチである。DEMATEL法はソーニングと動線計画が適切に行われているのか否かに関して豊富な情報を与えてくれ,適切性の検証のみならず,初期思案に適用すればその有力なサポートにも成り得ることが判明した。但し,DEMATEL法で初期思案を解析する場合には,従来の可到達行列によるよりも,距離行列で解析することを推奨する。ISM法による初期思案の解析は,今回のケースでは特に優れた情報を与えてくれるようには思われなかった。しかしながら,プール代数則による推移律は要素間の関連を瞬時に捉える上では有効でると思われる。 \nThis paper is the sequel of the references(1) one and is approaching by the DEMATEL method and the ISM method on "the zoning and the traffic lines". The DEMATEL method gives rich information about whether it is that the zoning and the traffic lines are appropriately done, and was proved that it was possible to become the influential support, too, if applying the DEMATEL method to the early stage consideration in addition to verifying appropriateness. But, analyzing the early stage consideration by the DEMATEL method, it recommends to analyze by the distance matrix than analyzing by the reachability matrix. At the case in this paper, the analysis of the early stage consideration by the ISM method didn't seem to have given specifically excellent information. However, the change law by the Boolean algebra one is valid when it takes relation among the elements instantly and it seems to be useful for the solution of such a problem. |
