| 内容記述 | In order to get a clue for the mechanism of preserving foods by L-ascorbic acid the effect of ascorbic acid, sodium ascordate and D-Isoascorbic acid on the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa P13 and cytochrom oxidase c was studied and the following results were obtained. 1. L-ascorbic acid inhibited the growth of P. aeruqinosap13 under aerobic conditions, while, it had no influence on the growth of p. aeruqinosaP13 under anaerobic conditions. 2. Sodium ascorbate and D- ascorbic acid shows no effect on the growth of p. aeruginosa PI3 under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. 3. The activity of cytochrom oxidase c of p. aeruginosa P13 was activated by L-ascorbic acid Sodium ascorbate and D-Isoascorbic acid had no the activity of enzyme. | |||||||||
